Out of all the Indian Club exercises you will learn, there is not one, that will injure you. As long as you practice, with a club of a proper weight. This is the most important thing of all. People will use clubs too heavy for them, and injure themselves. It is not the exercise that hurts them, it’s the weight of the club.
